I highly recommend using full gloves for this workout. The canvas bags rubbed my fingers raw by the end of round two.

2. MB Slams - 20# x 20-15-12
3. Sandbag Squats - 100# x 25-20-15
4. Sandbag Halfmoons - 40# x 30-25-20
